The company currently has a staff of six collaborators, consisting of three civil engineers, two surveyors, one administrative assistant, and a large network of consultants collaborating with the Politecnico di Milano. The team provides flexibility and adaptability to the specific needs of each project, operating across a wide range of activities.
DSC ERBA Srl offers modular services tailored to the client’s requirements, ranging from specialized consulting to comprehensive engineering services.

Graduated in Structural Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in 1985 and registered with the Order of Engineers of Milan since the same year.
Prof. Eng. Marco di Prisco is an expert in civil engineering, specializing in structural mechanics and material behavior, with a particular focus on fiber-reinforced concrete. He has an extensive academic and professional background, including a career as Full Professor at the Politecnico di Milano, where he has held leadership and coordination roles in research projects and academic programs.
His main research areas include the use of innovative cementitious composites, risk mitigation in structures exposed to exceptional loads, and the design of sustainable prefabricated structures. He is also actively involved in regulatory activities and has published over 350 scientific papers, making significant contributions to the field of construction and material technology.

Dr. Eng. Cristiana Gaffuri

Graduated in Structural Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in 1986 and registered with the Order of Engineers of Como since 1987.
She is a civil engineer with a long professional career beginning in 1988, specializing in structural design and possessing a strong academic background with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. Since 2010, she has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of DSC ERBA Srl, which provides advanced design services. She has participated in numerous seminars and training courses in the fields of foundations, material strength, and seismic regulations.
Among her most significant professional activities are the design of foundation works and the verification of the load-bearing capacity of existing structures. She is also a member of the College of Experts in Building Industrialization (C.T.E.) in Milan.
Surveyor Gianfranco Nava

Graduated as a Surveyor, with thirty years of experience in the construction industry, including roles in estimating, CAD, and on-site technical assistance. He has been registered with the Order of Surveyors of Como since 1987.
He is a professional with extensive experience in construction and design. Since 2014, he has worked as a freelancer, specializing in the design of residential buildings, appraisals, and expert technical consultancy (CTU), as well as managing fire prevention procedures. Previously, he held technical roles at Figli di Nava Giovanni S.P.A. from 1986 to 2014, where he was responsible for design, technical and financial supervision of construction sites, as well as the preparation of specifications and project accounting.
He has obtained several certifications in safety, fire prevention, and environmental management, demonstrating strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills in his work.
Surveyor Paola Corbo

Paola Corbo is a surveyor with professional experience spanning from 1984 to the present. She began her career as a trainee at a technical office, gained consolidated experience from 1986 working with Dr. Eng. Anselmo Gaffuri, and continued as a collaborator until becoming a partner and administrator of DSC Erba Srl.
Her expertise includes the design of residential and commercial buildings, management of building and cadastral practices, as well as the design of steel and concrete structures. She also has a solid background in workplace safety, being a certified RSPP and having completed various professional development courses. Paola is recognized for her strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office. She has also held leadership roles, such as Chair of the School Board at a local school.

Carmen Colombo is an administrative accountant with extensive professional experience, consolidated since 1995 working with Dr. Eng. Anselmo Gaffuri.
She manages complex projects, coordinating activities and resources to ensure high-quality results. She is skilled in maintaining relationships with clients and partners and is also involved in training and mentoring new team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Her expertise includes project management, effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Dr. Eng. Lorenzo Radice

Engineer Lorenzo Radice is a professional specializing in civil and environmental engineering, with a focus on structural design and the seismic vulnerability assessment of buildings. He earned his Master’s degree from the Politecnico di Milano, where he deepened his knowledge in engineering and architecture.
He currently collaborates with DSC ERBA Srl, working on the design and safety of infrastructures. Lorenzo has participated in numerous professional development courses, gaining expertise in topics such as seismic incentives (sismabonus), structural monitoring, and energy-efficient foundations, and has published articles on concrete-related subjects. He possesses strong communication and organizational skills, along with technical proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis programs.
